Official Photos and Specs for Jaguar XKR
A lot of you out there are waiting on the edge of your seats for the new Jaguar “R.” Many are intrigued by its all-aluminum construction, which makes it one of the lightest performance vehicles on the road. Jaguar has now officially reported that the coupe has dropped 154 lb. from the previous model, while the convertible has lost an even more impressive 220 lb. According to Road and Track not only has the “R” family slimmed down, they are now more powerful than ever. The new models will boast a 420 bhp 4.2-liter supercharged V-8 that Jaguar claims will allow the coupe to go from 0 to 60 in 4.9 seconds. Source: Road & Track
