The Jeep Gladiator is a No Go
Jeep has big plans for the upcoming year. The icon car manufacturer plans to expand its line to 8 models; unfortunately for many the Gladiator concept will not be one of them. Jeep enthusiasts were thrilled at the thought of the first Jeep pickup truck since the Comanche was cancelled in 1992. Reasons for this project not being green lighted are somewhat unknown. Chrysler Group's COO Eric Ridenour told Ward's Auto, "It wasn't profitable." With the buzz this concept caused don’t be surprised to see Jeep add a pickup to its line in the very near future.
